Buildly brings a home project and contractor proposals into one marketplace workflow. Here’s what homeowners and contractors can expect from the current MVP.

Create an account, choose a project category, describe the work, add photos if useful, and provide the project city and timing.

Review proposals
If contractors respond, compare their proposed price, scope, schedule, and profile information. You decide which details matter most.

Choose whether to proceed
Contact a contractor through the project workflow and agree on the scope and terms before work begins. A project post does not guarantee that bids will arrive.

Set up your profile
Choose the trades and service area that describe your business. Profile information is supplied by the contractor.

Review project listings
Browse homeowner projects and use the available trade and timing filters. Public listings show city-level location information rather than exact addresses.

Send a proposal
For projects that fit, submit your proposed price, timing, and scope. Browsing and submitting bids are free during the MVP.
A clear note about trust and payments
Buildly does not independently verify contractor licenses or insurance, guarantee project outcomes, or process project payments in this MVP. Buildly payment protection is not currently offered. Confirm credentials, insurance, written scope, payment terms, and any warranty directly with a contractor before hiring.
